Getting from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to Dallas–Fort Worth

DFW Airport is roughly 18 miles northwest of Downtown Dallas and 24 miles northeast of Downtown Fort Worth. Public transit options are limited; rideshare and rental cars are most practical for reaching the city.

Trinity Railway Express (TRE)

The TRE commuter train runs between DFW Terminal A and Downtown Dallas/Fort Worth. The DFW Airport station is connected to Terminal A via the Terminal Link shuttle. Trains run every 30–60 minutes; check schedules as the line does not operate 24 h.
